Any company or institution is liable to suffer a crisis that could put at risk its image and reputation.

ASECOM offers its customers the necessary communication tools to properly manage these situations that put to a test the credibility of the company. Because any crisis requires activity and initiative, and the lack of news and "no comments" are usually interpreted as guilt.

Our job is not just anticipating the crisis, but avoiding or minimizing their impact. These situations call into question the trust of our customers and we manage to re-establish it. We evaluate the situation (scenario mapping and variables), we seek partnerships to increase efficiency, support and train spokespersons, we define public interventions, monitor constantly the influence of messages (positive, negative, neutral) and its impact in the media.
